When buyers want to buy different capacitors, different values of capacitance often can be seen: 0.01μf,0.1μf,0.47μf,1μf,10μf,47μf,100μf, etc. in the BOM. So literally we can see the differences of the values, but what are the different applications? Where can I buy these different capacitors?

The choice of capacitor value depends on the specific application and the requirements of the circuit. Here's a general guideline for when to use capacitors of different values:
0.1μF Capacitor
0.1uf capacitors, often referred to as 100nF capacitors, are commonly used for decoupling and filtering purposes in electronic circuits. They are effective at filtering out high-frequency noise and providing stable voltage to ICs (integrated circuits), especially digital ones. They are often placed close to the power pins of ICs to minimize the effect of noise on their operation.
For 0.1uf this capacitance value, we can choose different type of capacitors, such as ceramic capacitor, film capacitor, tantalum capacitor, electrolytic capacitor, etc. You can find in the figure 1,2,3,4.

1μF Capacitor
1uf capacitors are also used for decoupling and filtering, but they are typically used in circuits where a slightly larger capacitance value is needed compared to 0.1μF capacitors. They are also suitable for low-pass filtering in audio circuits or for coupling capacitors in amplifier circuits.

10μF Capacitor
10uf capacitors are commonly used in power supply filtering and bypassing applications where larger capacitance values are required to smooth out variations in the power supply voltage. They are effective at filtering out low-frequency noise and providing stable DC voltage to components in the circuit.

100μF Capacitor
100uf capacitors are used in applications where even larger capacitance values are needed for power supply filtering and decoupling. They are often used in conjunction with smaller capacitors (such as 0.1uF or 1uF) for multiple stages of filtering to ensure a clean and stable power supply.
